I took another stab at the webpage, with the new drink design. Not keen on the bottles in the bottom left.. the current website has them, so looked at using them in mine.. and it didn't work.
I like the white text on the blue background, it also reflects the drink's pattern..
Changed the title..
In the brand guidelines, they showed that they had some promo for the shopkeeper, which I thought was quite a good idea.. However, I wasn't keen on the idea of a postcard.. so I made some business card ideas.. as it seemed more professional..
Looked at one sided card.. but quite boring to look at.. wouldn't really want to hold on to it for long.. would probably go in zee bin..
Looks cheap..Think its the blue strip combined with the boost logo.. just don't look right.
Not keen on the gradient, but it reflects the can.. still unsure about the blue stripe in it.. don't think it's relevant.. and Graham's always complaining about lines.. lets not use it! .. after a few experiments..
Put the title up the side of the card, like the packaging, but this makes the business card look a bit unclear and random.. again, half blue half gradient.. does not work..
Started to look at doing a double sided card, as there was too much on the front to work with.. Still not keen on the line, but still experimenting.. Decided that we would use a specific stock, so we don't want the gradient on the paper.. just let the quality of paper speak for itself..
This was the final business card idea, which was then printed onto antique white paper.. I think it works nicely, its clear and has all relevant info on it.. however, we decided in the end that it wasn't relevant to our idea..
Hate the grey at the bottom, definitely gotta go! and I don't like the large Gill Sans "top taste, mini price", think it makes it look really cheap..
Poster, which would be seen in newsagents, bus stops.. billboards.. I'm not too keen on it.. The blue, which I put on the background, to reflect the packaging of the drink, doesn't work.. and I don't like the colour of the type much..
Poster that I put together- very clean and sophisticated looking.. not what Boost was wanting, they want to keep it fun and cheap.. still needs a bit of work done to it.. but aint too bad.
I also moved the 'ji' closer to the 'Go' .. as in the feedback we got, we were told that 'Goji' looked like 2 separate words.. Think it looks much better being closer together.. Also.. the title being on the dark blue background makes the letters look smaller, so I took off the blue and it makes the title stand out much more, and more legible.
Side of the bus advertisement- Simple, I think people would see it and understand it.. but maybe too simple.. needs a bit more doing to it..
When I was designing the bus, I didn't think that just the advertisement area would be enough impact, so had a look at making the whole bus an advertisement.. it's not finished.. but the idea would be to make the bus look metal like..
